3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
2 large red apples, chopped
½ cup raisins
½ cup almonds
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Fresh coconut curls
2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
Mix well. Sprinkle nuts as you serve slaw for crunch.
